New York!!
I leave on Thursday for New York!! This will be first time to the Big Apple, and I couldn’t be more excited. Some people might wonder why a guy who doesn’t want to be a professional dancer is going to New York for a month to do a dance intensive, but I believe that if any opportunity presents it self like this I would be foolish to turn it down.  New York is somewhere I am...

Dance Critic
In college, a friend of mine, Napoleon Gladney, wrote as the dance critic for OC Arts & Culture, an online arts magazine. He is now on the national tour of Wicked, and the position has been left unfulfilled since he left. I have worked with OC Arts & Culture through most of my internships, and I did not think it would hurt to contact them as to whether they would be interested about hiring...

Just took ballet
Twyla Tharp talks a lot about finding one’s own creative habit. That personal process which allows one to do their best work. As of right now I am free. You might laugh at this menial task, and the strange significance I seemed to have placed on it, but having the time in my day for such a personal task was more rewarding than most realize.  ...

CSUF Graduation for Emily
Today was my first official full day as an Alumni of Chapman. Very exciting I know. Like so many days of my undergraduate career I had to wake up early, a fate I feel I will be cursed with the rest of my life. This morning my best friend of 16 years Emily Querry graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising. So...

Starting Today
May 21, 2011 8 am @ Chapman University, I graduated from the College of Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, and Wilkinson School of Humanities and Social Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. My friends who have graduated before me warned about the first few years post grad, and how strange they would be. It is these two years post graduation that one...
